Thrive Little Learners | Ages 2–4

Move. Play. Learn.

Little Thrivers combines an energetic introduction to soccer with age-appropriate activities that incorporate colors, numbers, letters, shapes, counting, and following directions.

Every session is designed to build coordination, confidence, ball familiarity, and a love of learning and play.

Thrive Foundations | Ages 5–7

Build the skills. Build the confidence.

Players begin developing core soccer skills through engaging activities, high-repetition practice, and small-sided games. Sessions emphasize dribbling, ball control, passing, receiving, shooting, and introductory 1v1 play.

45–50 minutes • 6–8 athletes • Skills & confidence

Thrive Development | Ages 8–10

More touches. More decisions. More development.

Technical development and decision-making come together in a fast-paced, small-group environment. Players work on ball mastery, first touch, 1v1 attacking and defending, passing, receiving, finishing, and applying those skills under pressure.

Thrive Elevate | Ages 11–14

Develop the player. Elevate the performance.

Advanced technical training designed to complement team and club soccer. Sessions challenge players to improve first touch, speed of play, combination play, 1v1 ability, finishing, scanning, and decision-making in competitive situations.

Thrive Small-Sided Play | Ages 6–14

More game. More involvement. More development.

Fast-paced small-sided games give players more touches, more decisions, and more opportunities to attack, defend, and solve problems. The emphasis is on playing the game—not standing around waiting for the ball.

Ages 6+: 3v3 - 5v5
