Thrive Sports Club is a family-founded Chicago business built around a shared belief that youth sports can have an incredible impact on a child’s confidence, character, and development.

Tim is a certified soccer coach with more than a decade of experience coaching youth soccer and basketball. As a lifelong athlete, Tim brings his experience working with young athletes across different ages and ability levels to shape Thrive’s development philosophy: purposeful instruction, more opportunities to engage with the ball, positive coaching, and an environment where kids are excited to keep learning.

As a local mother of two, with a passion for community involvement, Annie leads Thrive’s family and community experience, helping shape programming, scheduling, communication, and the welcoming environment we want every Thrive family to experience.

Most importantly, we’re parents raising two young children in Chicago. We understand firsthand the challenge of balancing school, work, practices, games, activities, and family time. That experience helped shape one of Thrive’s most important differences: flexibility. Rather than requiring families to commit to the same training time every week, Thrive is designed to let families choose age-appropriate sessions that work with their schedules.

Together, we’re building the kind of youth sports experience we want for our own children: great coaching, purposeful development, more flexibility, and a place kids are excited to come back to.
